Founder, Lead Consultant/Strategist
Leading AM Innovative Design, Angela leverages over 14 years of expertise in learning project management and instructional strategy to drive our mission of delivering innovative learning solutions. Her approach combines detailed project oversight with a focus on risk management and stakeholder engagement, principles that are foundational to our company's services. She is dedicated to fostering growth and professional development within our team and for our clients, ensuring that every project embodies the excellence and innovation that AM Innovative Design stands for. Angela’s commitment is to blend industry best practices with our unique vision to create impactful learning experiences.

A.J. McGuigan
Technical Solutions Architect - Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) and Energy Industries
A.J. brings a wealth of expertise from his extensive background in nuclear operations as a licensed Reactor Operator, as well as mechanical engineering. His primary role involves leveraging this deep technical knowledge to build and strengthen client relationships, ensuring our services align with the specific needs of the AEC and energy sectors.
A.J. excels in understanding the complex challenges our clients face, guiding them in documenting procedures, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices. His consultative approach is instrumental in bridging the gap between technical requirements and strategic solutions, making him an invaluable asset to both our team and our clients.

Laura Dugan
Marketing and Communications Specialist
Laura brings nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on training and outreach. Laura’s primary role is ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and consistent communications on every project she supports while exceeding client expectations.
She is well-versed in writing for a variety of audiences, from highly technical to novice learners. Her background in creative writing and theater means she puts an original spin on L&D materials, with a focus on engagement and effectiveness.
Laura is also experienced with project management, meeting facilitation, event planning, website content management, social media, narration, research, and public speaking. Her combination of skills provides AM Innovative Design with a key resource in relationship building and communication skills.
Fun fact: Laura is a part-time stage manager for Theatre Harrisburg!
